Massage Therapy

In 1993, Debra started a stress-management center with a physical therapist who specialized in hands-on treatment and preventative education. It was here that she learned to do soft tissue manipulation for injured physical therapy patients. Together, they also provided stress-management workshops for the county and individuals. Debra then went on to get certified at a massage school in 1995. 

Debra has been providing massage for patients of physical therapists, doctors, and chiropractors for many years, as well as for her private clients in her San Luis Obispo, CA wellness studio. Her massage approach is more than just physical, and she prefers to work with clients who want to approach this work holistically (mind, body, and spirit) as opposed to just physically.
