Massage Therapy

In 1993, I started a stress-management center with a physical therapist who specialized in hands-on treatment and preventative education. He also developed a specific format for the massage chair that was extremely effective. It was here that I learned to do soft tissue manipulation for injured physical therapy patients. Together, we also provided stress-management workshops for the county and individuals. I then went on to get certified at a massage school in 1995, and then certified in Rapid Eye Technology. 

Since then I have been providing massage for patients of physical therapists, doctors, and chiropractors, as well as for my private clients in my San Luis Obispo, CA wellness studio. My massage approach is more than just physical, and I prefer to work with clients who want to approach this work holistically (mind, body, and spirit) as opposed to just physically.
