My Problem with You
For so long I didn’t like something about you that I finally realized was also in me. It was easier to focus on you- but now I see that what’s inside of me that I didn’t like needs to be acknowledged, accepted, embraced and if needed, released. We often do this kind of projection with our parents or our partners- but on some level we do it every day, to everyone.
Remember to love yourself into healing as opposed to beating yourself up when you discover something in yourself that needs to be shifted.
